Lily Bakratsa is a London-based landscape architect with a background in architecture. She has experience in both the education and the construction sectors, with a focus on community-led public design schemes.
In 2012, her wide-ranging interest in the arts, craft, design, architecture, philosophy and the natural world led her to establish It’s All Green To Me, which aims to educate, inspire and promote landscape design to an audience outside the field.
Lily’s work has been featured in exhibitions in the UK and elsewhere; most recently she participated in the Outsider Art exhibition organized by the Candid Arts Trust in London. She is the winner of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Green Plan It Challenge 2016, for which she mentored the students of Swanley School in east London when they created a design for a garden for the Bengali community.
Since October 2016 Lily has acted as a Landscape Ambassador for the Landscape Institute in the UK, and she also fundraises for the Breast Cancer Care. For a detailed CV, please see her LinkedIn.
