Our vision

No buildings on ground level!

Our concept was to create a vibrant and sustainable urban square where all buildings are situated underground, allowing the ground level to serve as a dynamic and open public space.

We wanted to maximize green space on ground level to enhance social interaction and promote environmental sustainability while maintaining the functionality of an urban area.

Masterplan

Green spaces

Open areas with mediterranean planting and an avenue of trees to create a park-like environment.Open spaces to accomodate natural play areas and exercise zones to encourage physical activity. A series of streams to add aesthetic appeal but also to help regulate temperatures in hot and dry summers.
