We work across education, research and community engagement to make landscape, ecology and nature more accessible. Our work brings together knowledge, practical skills and collaboration to help people understand and design with the living environment.

Landscape Research & Knowledge Exchange

We are deeply interested in landscape research and the evolving relationship between people, nature and the places we inhabit. Our research interests explore how landscapes can respond to social change, wellbeing, memory and grief, with a particular focus on cemeteries, reflection parks, memorial landscapes and other spaces that support contemplation, connection and collective experience. We are interested in emerging ideas, practices and research that challenge conventional approaches to landscape and explore how design can create more meaningful, inclusive and resilient relationships between people and the natural world.

Participatory Design

It’s All Green to Me offers participatory design workshops and creative projects that bring people together to shape, make and care for nature. We work with communities, teams, schools and groups to co-design small-scale structures, gardens, planting schemes and nature-based spaces — turning ideas into practical, hands-on projects that people can build and grow together. Our approach combines landscape design, horticulture and learning, empowering everyone, regardless of experience, to connect with nature and contribute to the places around them.

Educational Workshops

We design and deliver workshops, talks and educational programmes that make landscape design and the natural world more accessible, inspiring people of all ages to learn, create and engage with their surroundings. We have a strong portfolio of working with communities in London and we have also worked with councils, museums and schools. Our workshops are ideal for absolute beginners but also for professionals in the industry that would like to kow to design with nature.
